Our Cleaning Standards

You need your kitchen hoods cleaned, but there are murky standards and practices that vary from business to business and from hood to hood. You can't maintain accountability that way. This is one of the reasons why we're better. We follow the NFPA-96 standard and recommend the following exhaust system service schedule:

Low Volume3 Semi-Annually
Non-regular Use4 Annually
1e.g. Wood, Charcoal
2e.g. Fryer, Wock, Grill
3e.g. Pizza Oven, Pasta Cooker
4e.g. Seasonal Operations
